Conclusion
In conclusion, the Wright Flyer was the first ever heavier-than-air plane that was able to turn, dive and roll. It was better than Otto Lilienthal
and Langley and was more practical than Leonardo da Vinci and Hiram Maxim. The Wright Flyer had many things that others before them did
not. The Wright Flyer had a control system that was easy and had a takeoff rail that could actually lift the plane off the ground. The Wright
Flyer has made many impacts on the world today and if it were not for the Wright Brothers, humans might not even be where they are right now
in astronomy, geography and many other things that might require the use of an aircraft and/or flying machine. Due to the Wright Brothers’
brilliant minds, they were able to create a flying machine by only studying birds. They did not base any of their models off earlier peoples’
models. After the Wright Brothers, many others copied off of their models and tweaked it a bit so it was just a bit better. Because of this, humans
have drastically changed in the knowledge of flight.
